Tradition is what this page is all about. Back in 1999, my sister Peggy wrote a lovely tribute to Mom regarding her annual ornament purchases for her grandchildren. I used her sentiments for the page. Carina Gardner’s O Christmas Tree is the kit which you can pick it up at Jessica Sprague.com.
Just a reminder, everything is 20% off at Jessica Sprague the entire month of December.
Here is my page.
This year I made Laurie’s and Nicole’s Christmas cards. If you want to add several photos, of certain sizes to your card, it is just easier to start from scratch. Nicole had a Santa hat theme. She took her Santa hat scuba diving in the Atlantic Ocean and to the desert in Egypt. The hardest shot though, was getting the cats to cooperate. The planning ahead made a great card.
For this card, I used Cosmo Cricket’s Oh Joy. It had the perfect mix of elements and word art to complete the theme. The kit is 20% off this month at Jessica Sprague.com.
Laurie and Terry used pictures from their trip to Disneyland to complete their card. The kids loved dressing up as Sleeping Beauty and Buzz Light-year.
For this card, I used Weeds and Wildflowers 9779 - S&S Page Kits - Whimsy Holiday by Gina Marie Huff, 9778 - S&S Page Kits - Joy to the World by Heid Williams, and 9780 - S&S Page Kits - Christmas Dreams by Pat Christensen. You can find these holiday goodies at Weeds and Wildflowers.
Where has 2010 gone? I can’t believe it is December already.
This month, at Jessica Sprague, I am working with a new designer, Danielle Thompson of Kitschy Digitals. She has a vast array of funky products. Check it out.
This week she is featuring a super-cute kit, Woodland Booklovers. It comes with bookmarks, a reading log, bookplates, and iron on transfers.
Here is a little apron I made with one of the iron-ons. What fun.
This EZ-PZ template by liv.e Designs also caught my eye.
You can find it in her store at Jessica Sprague.com.
Here is Connor during his first year. Again, where oh where does the time go?
Thanks for stopping by.
