I took part in a Jessica Sprague.com Speed scrap yesterday and made a page about my new camera. The speed scrap focused on your newest gadget. To make the page, I used  Liv–Click and iKari’s Alpha Bits-Stamped Chocolate.

Journaling: This little guy, the Sony Cybershot, is my newest attempt at finding a camera that will take pictures of grandkids on the go. I have my Nikon D90, which I use for most of my shots, but sometimes I need my “purse” camera. I still have the box on the counter, which tells you how new it is. It takes a nice still photo, but don’t they all! I will put it to the test today since my granddaughter has a baseball game at 3:00. Wish me luck.

I did another speed scrap at ScrapMatters.  I loved this photo series of Connor in the fire truck  He was in his element.  For it I used My Magical Place by Haynay Designs.

Green

Maybe it is the Irish in me but green is my favorite color. I was Goin’Green before it became popular. Lucky for me since green is probably the most predominant color in nature. My first house was decorated in avocado green and slate, later came hunter green and burgundy. In Seattle, I have opted for moss and aqua. And of course, Seattle is known as the Emerald City.

K is 4 Kindergarten

I took part in a Jessica Sprague Speed scrap today and made a page for Alex’s graduation from kindergarten. The speed scrap dealt with the number 4:  4 papers, 4 photos, 4 elements, 4 in the title, etc.
