Elegant Geisha

Nicole’s friend Deborah hosts an Olympics party every 2 years. For the Winter Olympics, attendees pick a country that starts with the first letter of their last name. So, with the letter J, she chose Japan and brought Asahi beer, sushi, and wore a Geisha Costume to complete the look, because, as Deborah said, “Costumes are not mandatory, but applauded!”

I used the template  by Fiddle Dee Dee Designs- Tuesday Template 6-28-11 and the kit Timeless Elegance by Kim Broedelet Graphics and Designs.

Jeanine of Page.One is the guest designer at Pixelpress for the entire month of July. What a treat for us as she is one talented designer.  Check out Light and Breezy, a collaborative effort of Jopke and Page.One.  It is a a truly cheerful and summery kit, born with bright blues, yellows and some neutral tones of sand. In this kit you will find 12 gorgeous papers, all sized 12x12", with textures and patterns. Then a pack of 39 elements will complete the whole.
