Black Spots??

Connor went on a field trip this week to the fire station.  He had a question for the firemen. “Do you have a dog with black spots?”  They didn’t but we learned that in the old days, when horses pulled the fire trucks, dogs were used to protect the horses. The Dalmatian would take up position just off the side and towards the rear of a horse and run with them.

I made this page for my first ever speed scrap Thursday night at ScrapMatters.  It was fun and what a quick method to made a page.  I used Haynay’s, My Magical Place.  You can find this wonderful kit at ScrapMatters.

This has been a banner 24 hours.  Yesterday, I received notice from ScrapMatters that my Layout, Stolen Moment, had been selected as the layout of the day.  This morning I learned  that my layout, Hold My Hand has been featured as an inspirational example of everyday real life scrapbooking on today's Story Board at Log Your Memory!!
